By creating a FlexotiumERP account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using FlexotiumERP on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
FlexotiumERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform providing sales management, purchase and procurement, inventory control, people operations, assets, finance, banking, compliance, analytics, AI intelligence, agentic ERP controls, reports, registers, training, scan history, OCR documents, portal operations, projects, demand forecasting, and related services. The platform is provided on a subscription basis with custom pricing per deployment.
FlexotiumERP deployments are individually scoped and quoted. Access is provisioned following a signed agreement and rollout plan. There is no self-serve signup. Organisations access the platform at app.flexotium.com following provisioning by the Flexotium team.
Subscriptions are based on agreed module scope, number of entities, and user count. Payment terms are set out in your individual agreement. You may request termination of your subscription with the notice period specified in your agreement. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless otherwise agreed.
You may use FlexotiumERP only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to process fraudulent transactions, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other organisations' use of the service.
You retain full ownership of all business data you input into FlexotiumERP (transactions, records, configurations, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export a complete copy of your data at any time and request deletion upon account termination.
AI-powered features (automation, OCR extraction, intelligence routing) are provided as operational tools. AI outputs are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs or recommendations. All AI actions have configurable human approval paths.
Service level targets for individual deployments are specified in your agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexotium's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
