We collect information you provide when setting up a FlexotiumERP account (name, email, company name), operational data processed through the platform (transactions, inventory records, purchase orders, HR data), and usage analytics to improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used to operate the FlexotiumERP service, provide AI-powered insights and automation, send transactional notifications (invoices, approvals, alerts), and improve platform features. All AI processing is policy-governed and tenant-isolated.
Each organisation account (tenant) is logically isolated at the database level. Your business data is never shared with or visible to other organisations. AI models process your data only within your tenant boundary across enabled FlexotiumERP workspaces.
Operational and financial data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination, giving you time to export your data. Audit logs are retained for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
You own your data. You can export a complete copy of all your business data (transactions, records, configurations, audit logs) at any time from the Platform Settings. Exports are provided in JSON and CSV formats.
When you connect third-party integrations (accounting platforms, logistics providers, payment processors), data is shared with those providers only as necessary to deliver the integration. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to data they receive.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are collected in aggregate without personal identifiers.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain a responsible disclosure policy. Contact security@flexotium.com to report security issues.
